Mr Anthony Chang

Anthony is the Financial Services Director at Apex Altius Advisory, a branch of PIAS, with over 15 years of experience in wealth management. A graduate of Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Hons), he specialises in comprehensive financial advisory, retirement & CPF planning and legacy planning.

He has spoken at numerous seminars and training sessions for financial advisers, corporations, public service agencies, and educational institutions. He has also advised leading organisations—including a global steel trading MNC and a major Singapore charity—on employee benefits and retirement planning.

A nine-time MDRT qualifier (2017–2025) and two-time Court of the Table honouree (2022, 2025), Anthony is recognised for his commitment to professional excellence. He strongly advocates for financial clarity, mental wellness, and holistic success.
